RE: Dometic Recall - NO LONGER REPLACING COOLING UNIT

I found out about them not replacing the cooling unit the hard way. Originally my fridge was not on the recall list (when it went out), then the expanded recall covered it so I thought "alright". Took it to my dealer for repair and dropped unit off. One hour later I got a call from my dealer stating that Dometic just notified them they were no longer replacing the cooling units. I proceeded to call Dometic and talked to several different people about this with no good outcome. The last person I talked to said he would have a supervisor call me back.
